Summer Sunday Seekers is held each Sunday in July in lieu of typical Sunday School.

Children (rising kindergarten-rising 6th grade) begin in worship each Sunday and will exit to their Seeker experience following the Children’s blessing. Summer Sunday Seekers still incorporates a bible lesson, but does so through exploring a new fun and exciting hobby or skill each week.

So far this year the children have experienced yoga in Week 1 (7/7) and Communion education through an origami lesson in Week 2 (7/14). Week 3 (7/21) and Week 4 (7/28) will be “Experiencing Foods of the Bible” and “Exploring Essential Oils of the Bible”.

Thank you to Amy Maurer, Carrie Hotchkiss, and Ryan Fobare for their teaching and assisting throughout Summer Seekers!

Infant, toddler, and preschool childcare is offered in the nursery, room 103, July 7-September 1. Children K-5 are encouraged to attend worship with their parents or guardians for the month of August and regular Sunday School will resume in September.
