Music Sunday, May 17, 2026. This year the music selections were all from American composers and arrangers. In celebration of our country’s 250th Birthday, and 328 years of the Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville, the music is part of the fabric of American sacred music pulling from many genres over the past 300+ years.

The choir sang selections by Lowell Mason, William Billings, Randall Thompson, William Tomer and Rosephayne Powell and were joined by the Mainstreet Brass Quintet from Bethlehem, PA, who offered brass repertoire by Anthony Showalter, Hosea Ripley, James Hewitt, and Francis Hopkinson, among others.

Homily preached by Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Vamos.
