The Peace and Justice Committee with the Presbytery Social Witness and Restorative Justice Committee will be hosting a movie-and-discussion evening featuring the documentary No Other Land, a 2024 film that chronicles a Palestinian community in the West Bank and their struggle against displacement after an Israeli “firing zone” was declared on their land. The filmmakers, a Palestinian-Israeli activist collective, describe the project as an act of resistance on the path toward justice in the Israeli–Palestinian conflict.

This gathering is meant to offer a thoughtful and compassionate space to witness, listen, and reflect together on the realities presented in the film.

All are welcome. Childcare provided. Children can join for Pizza before the film starts.

Pizza at 5:00pm, Film at 5:30pm, Discussion at 7:30pm.

We will provide a zoom link for the discussion starting at 7:30pm if you would like to view the movie at home. You can rent the movie from several platforms.

RSVP HERE so we can plan for childcare and pizza.
