Summer Concert in the Meetinghouse
Join us for a fun night of Irish and Scottish tunes and lively American folk music on Sunday July 23 at 7pm!
PCOL is hosting Celtic Psalms, featuring Kiran Young Wimberly & The McGraths, a young band from Northern Ireland who have recorded four collections of Psalms set to traditional Irish and Scottish melodies. They have performed in Ireland and in North America, and they are currently on tour in the northeast US and Canada. Their albums are available through their website.
Also appearing that night is Dark Whiskey, a popular Hopewell/ Princeton-area band specializing in Americana and classic country. They perform at many local venues, and are always a crowd pleaser.
The concert starts at 7pm in the Meetinghouse. Freewill donation requested ($20 suggested). Proceeds go to a nonprofit that works to overcome social divides through music.
