  • Structured Physical Play
  • Sand and Water Play

  • Self-help Skills
  • Communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing)

  • Pumpkin Picking at Terhune Orchard
  • Skating Party
  • Chick Hatchery Program with Quiver Farms
  • Mission Projects with The Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville
  • First Books, Mitten Tree, Shoes that Fit

Child-Centered Environment

The nursery school contains two warm and stimulating classrooms, outfitted with teacher-selected toys and a variety of learning centers including a library, dramatic play corner, block area and sand station. Children go outside daily in an enclosed play yard containing climbers with slides, a sandbox, log cabin and more. An indoor gymnasium equipped with tricycles, parachutes, tunnels and climbers provides fun and important opportunities for large motor development.
