Proven Philosophy

We believe play is the primary means through which young children learn. Our curriculum is based on both structured and guided creative play and is designed to help children develop independence, play well with others, and enjoy sustained relationships with adults outside the family. We encourage each child to grow at his or her own pace, recognizing the “whole” child: personal awareness, emotional well-being, socialization, communication, cognition, and perceptual motor skills.

 

Seasoned and Caring Staff

Our teachers are experienced and enthusiastic. Their warmth, patience and creativity are evident in their close attention to the specific needs of each child. Each class has a teacher, an assistant and a helping parent, giving us a student/instructor ratio of 4-to-1 for the 3/4-year old class, and 6-to-1 for the 4/5-year old class. We are proud of our staff and promote their professional growth.
