The PCOL Cookbook, From East and West, will be available for purchase beginning at the October 22 Fall Fair and Flea Market. All proceeds go to PCOL Mission.
Over 100 members of the PCOL community, as well as local celebrity chefs, contributed more than 400 recipes for the first PCOL cookbook in over 30 years.
This collection features our memberships’ finest dishes in the following categories: Appetizers & Beverages, Breads & Rolls, Main Dishes, Vegetarian Sides, Desserts, Cookies & Candy, and This & That. It contains recipes for special diets, Octoberfest, feeding the masses, picky kids, caviar lovers, vegetarians, and those who love dining in Lawrenceville’s restaurants. Each recipe is a favorite, and shared with our community so that we may enjoy God’s bounty together.
Available online and in person, and only while supplies last.
- Purchase your cookbooks after worship in the Fellowship Center one one of the following Sundays only: October 23, November 13, November 20, December 4 and December 11.
- We accept cash and checks in person; pay with Paypal on the PCOL website after 10/23.
- The cost of one cookbook is $15. Three or more are $14 each, and 5 or more are $13 each. Quantity discounts are at the time of purchase only.
